late Policy

Do not be late. If you are more than 10 minutes last to class, we reserve the right to have you warmup on your own. No student is allowed to attend class without a proper warmup. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to turn you away and your class credit will be forfeited.

You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. We suggest that you arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time.

LAte Cancels & No Shows

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. You must register online for each class you attend. To ensure the correct ratio of students to instructors and safety in our classes,  students are required to register at least 4 hours in advance. Class registration will close 4 hours prior to the start time. If you cannot attend a class you registered for, the following policies apply:

*Cancellations must occur at least 12 hrs before the start of a class. This cancellation window reflects our capacity limits and resulting wait lists. Cancellations made 12 hours prior retain the class pass.

*Cancellations within 12 hours of class start times are considered late cancels.  If you late cancel, or do not show up for a class you registered for, this is considered a “No Show” and your class credit will be forfeited.

You must cancel your class reservation on-line through our booking software. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone, via text or email.

***This cancellation policy does not apply to PRIVATE PARTIES. This is for regularly scheduled classes only. For Party Policy please go to the PARTY page.

PROPER ATTIRE

Pole Students: Tank tops work well, as do sport bras! Please wear or bring shorts/high cut bottoms with you as you need your skin to stick to the pole. If exposing skin is not preferred, there are sticky leggings and gear specially made for pole available online. Undergarments are not acceptable pole attire for group classes. Please do not apply hand or body lotion for at least 6 hours prior to attending a class.

Aerial Students: A form fitting top that covers your armpits works well for aerials. Opaque, long leggings are suggested. Please do not apply hand or body lotion for at least 6 hours prior to attending a class.

Please do not wear or accessorize with anything sharp. This includes, but is not limited to, rings, dangling jewelry, stiletto nails, nails with jewels/charms, and apple watches with metal bands. Our apparatuses’ lifespans are sharply diminished when scratched or ripped.
