Pole Beginner Series
Our 6-week series is specialty formulated for beginners. This series builds a strong foundation to ensure success and safety from the very start. Beginner 6 week sessions are an accelerated and fun way to learn pole dance!
If you have not attended any classes with us prior to this series, you will also receive 3 additional complimentary classes!

We have separate classes for beginner to intermediate/advanced. Our classes begin with a warm-up and end with conditioning and stretching. Students work at their own level on skills that they wish to accomplish, guided by the class instructor.
Students must bring a towel to wipe down the pole at the end of class.
This mixed level class, students will be learn a wide array of foundational floor work skills. Examples of floor skills taught in this class are: diamond spins, “Serve the tea” (basically a transition from pole to floor), leg twizzles, scorpion and variations and more!
This is an all level friendly pole flow and freestyle class. Learn a fluid and challenging mini-chores and explore what flowing from one skill to another with grace and unique transitions feels like as a pole dancer.
This class is not recommended for brand new students. Please enroll after taking an intro series.
Aerial Beginner Series
Our 6-week series is specialty formulated for beginners. You will learn the foundations for various aerial apparatuses (hoop, silks, hammock), including entering/exiting, basic skills, and strength training specific to aerials.
If you have not attended any classes with us prior to this series, you will also receive 3 additional complimentary classes!

We have separate classes for beginner and intermediate/advanced students interested in focusing on aerial hammock, silks or hoop. The instructor will choose the apparatus that students will be focusing on each week in each class.
Students are encouraged to bring their own apparatus to class, though not required. All apparatuses must be approved before use in class.
Start putting the skills you've learned on aerial hoop, hammock and silks to work in this aerial flow class. Students will learn how to modify their moves to fit different themes, make up routines, and add artistic flare to their movement.
Aerial Flow is for all levels, but it is recommended that you have taken at least 3 aerials classes prior to signing up, as no new skills will be taught in this class.
Our Aerial Yoga class is a unique way of flexibility training combined with a light strength and conditioning of aerial arts with the assistance of an aerial hammock.
This class will go through a series of yoga poses, and light strength building exercises. No experience necessary! Expect to feel relaxed, stretched with having had a great gentle work out too!
Heeling Love is an open level Contemporary Hip Hop and Street Jazz dance class with an emphasis in heels dancing. This class will show you how to achieve those sexy dancer lines by demonstrating the proper technique to articulate the legs, feet and spine.
Ballroom heels are strongly encouraged, but are not required. This is a judgement free zone and all genders are welcome. Come and feel the love!
In this fun filled class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of Burlesque. We will play with the boas, peal those gloves and stockings off and bring the sassy side out to play with burlesque walks, stances and movement! You will learn how to "be in the music and in your movement".
Bring a pair of thigh high stockings, a pair of pumps and a sultry sexy attitude and we will show you how to burlesque!

This class will focus on creating sequences of movement to music and may include floorography and aerial sequences.
Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to take this class, but it is recommended that you have taken at least 3 aerials classes prior to signing up for Euphoric Aerial Flow.
Strong handstands and balance are integral to pole, acro and other aerial arts. These two elements will enhance your aerial and pole skills as well as develop strength in your shoulders and arms. Learn from Maria Artim, our professional aerial and circus performer/instructor in this 60 min specialty class.
This in studio flexibility class will focus on stretching techniques that will help students reach their bendy potential! It is a rigorous class in which you will work on splits, straddles, back and shoulder flexibility. 60 min.
Deepen your sense of body awareness with our fun floor acrobatics and tumbling class! This class will bring back some kinesthetic memories for former gymnasts, and for students with no experience, you will be building on foundational body awareness drills to prepare for the basic tumbling skills. These movements are beginner friendly and all are welcome to join! These movements include deepening our pikes, splits, straddles, and preparing ourselves for the grand movements such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and backbends.
